01 Introduction

Welcome to 33bet games. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 33bet games ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 33bet games platform — including the website, mobile app, and all games available through it — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

02 Account Registration

To use 33bet games, you must create a personal account. Registration is free and open to all eligible players in Bangladesh. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register on 33bet games.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must notify 33bet games immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.
• 33bet games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
• Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

33bet games may carry out identity verification checks as part of the registration process or at any point during your use of the platform. This is standard practice across all legitimate online gaming platforms and is done to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

03 Deposits and Payments

33bet games processes all deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in BDT is what appears in your 33bet games account balance.

• Minimum deposit amount: 100 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum deposit amount: 50,000 BDT per transaction (subject to change).
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly in most cases.
• If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact 33bet games support with your transaction reference.
• 33bet games does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 33bet games reserves the right to request proof of payment for any transaction.

Deposits made to 33bet games are for gaming purposes only. Funds deposited cannot be transferred to other players or used for any purpose outside of the 33bet games platform. If you deposit funds and decide not to play, you may request a withdrawal subject to the withdrawal terms below.

04 Withdrawals

33bet games is committed to processing withdrawals quickly. Most withdrawal requests are completed within five minutes of approval. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in BDT.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: 200 BDT per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal amount: 100,000 BDT per transaction (subject to review for larger amounts).
• Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 5.
• 33bet games reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security checks.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

In cases where 33bet games suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to freeze account funds and delay withdrawal processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such action and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

33bet games offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on 33bet games, you agree to these terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount, unless stated otherwise in the specific offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

If we identify patterns that suggest a player is exploiting bonus offers rather than playing in good faith, we reserve the right to remove bonus funds, void associated winnings, and close the account. 06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 33bet games — including Dragon and Tiger, Monster Crash, Fisher Game, Rave Party Fever, Tennis betting, and all live casino games — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party.

• Each game on 33bet games has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will not be accepted.
• 33bet games is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Displayed odds and payout rates are accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to change.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server record, the server record is final.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33bet games. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any winnings from exploited errors will be voided.

• Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to verification.
• Accounts closed due to Terms violations will have all funds forfeited.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy and Data
